A Form's container name

Is it possible for a form that is being used as a subform to get the name of its container? That is, the name of the object in the host form. This would be used with EXECUTE METHOD IN SUBFORM(subformObjectName…

Thanks,

: EXECUTE METHOD IN SUBFORM

This command must be called in the context of the parent form
(containing the subformObject object), …
the parent form does know the object-name or
FORM GET OBJECTS and OBJECT Get type and type = Object type subform (39)

I missed “in the context of the parent form”.

I was trying to get access to information in the subform’s $obj:=FORM from a dialog launched by a button inside the subform. The dialog will operate on the subform. A process variable vObj:=$obj can be used instead. It was looking for a while like process variables could be avoided.

Thanks
